Abstract:
A large-size glass fiber reinforced plastic tank, a forming die thereof, a manufacturing device thereof, and a manufacturing method therefor. The forming die comprises a main shaft (1), at least three movable templates disposed on the main shaft (1) and around the main shaft, traction mechanisms (3) driving the movable templates to radially stretch back and forth relative to the main shaft (1), and cover templates (41, 42) disposed on two ends of the main shaft. The movable templates are all connected to the main shaft (1) by means of respective traction mechanisms (3). When the movable templates are extended to a certain length, the movable templates press against the cover templates (41, 42) and jointly encircle to form a straight tubular die insert (6) with two ends sealed. Multiple reinforcing rib grooves (61) are formed on the outer side wall of the die insert (6). By means of the forming die, the glass fiber reinforced plastic tank that is provided with covers at the two ends and that integrates the reinforcing ribs and the glass fiber reinforced plastic tank can be conveniently formed; the glass fiber reinforced plastic tank has good sealing performance and is convenient to demold.
