Abstract:
The present invention relates to a long-span transfer truss-shear wall structure and a construction process, comprising shear walls and a conversion truss, the shear walls being at two sides of the structure. Both ends of the transfer truss are connected to the shear walls at both sides by means of upper connecting joints and lower connecting joints. In a first construction stage, the transfer truss is supported by a lower bracket and a jack, the upper connecting joints are bolted to the shear walls, and the lower connecting joints are disconnected. In a second construction stage, the transfer truss is supported by the lower bracket and the jack to construct an upper body structure. In a third construction stage, the lower connecting joints are fixedly connected by means of reamer bolts. In the present invention, a bending moment of the shear walls at both ends of the long-span transfer truss can be effectively reduced, the bending bearing capacity of the steel plate combined shear walls is improved, the safety performance of members is enhanced, overall costs are low, the structure is simple, and the construction is convenient. This structure can be widely applied to high-rise building structures having large spans, bearing upper vertical members, and with large transfer loads.
