Abstract:
A large visual direct shear test platform for solid filling materials, the test platform consisting of a reaction frame, a tamper (4), a loading system, a shear system, and a data monitoring system. The tamper (4) can simulate the tamping process of solid filling materials (30) after filling goaf during the process of solid filling and coal mining. The systems cooperate with one another, such that a large direct shear test can be carried out on the tamped solid filling materials (30), and a large confined compression test can also be performed; relevant data in the test process can be collected to obtain results, i.e. a shear strength parameter, stress-strain characteristics and creep characteristics, of the tamped solid filling materials (30); in addition, the movement and breaking conditions of particles of the solid filling materials (30) and the development process of a shear zone can be observed throughout the whole test process. The platform has a simple structure and various functions, and is a test platform for in-depth studies on the mechanical properties of tamped solid filling materials (30) and the influence of the tamping technology on the mechanical properties of the solid filling materials (30). The study results are of great significance for guiding the selection of solid filling materials and optimizing the solid filling and coal mining technology.
