Abstract:
A large wall plate ultrasonic on-machine scanning thickness measuring device and method. The device adopts a gantry-type numerical control machine (1) as a measuring machine body, a large wall plate to be measured (4) is clamped on the gantry-type numerical control machine, and scanning measuring movement is carried out. A non-contact type ultrasonic measuring device (2) is installed on a main shaft (1.8) of the gantry-type numerical control machine (1) for emitting and collecting ultrasonic signals; and a coupling agent circulating system (3) with multilayer filtration, flow monitoring and regulation functions is built, a jet-flow fluid-immersion coupling mode is adopted on the surface of said large wall plate (4), a micro-emulsion cutting fluid is used as a compatibility coupling agent for the ultrasonic on-machine thickness measurement, and the coupling agent is recycled, purified and subjected to circulating steady supply. According to the large wall plate ultrasonic on-machine non-contact scanning thickness measuring device, the structure is simple, the functional integration degree is high, and the performance is reliable; and the operation is easy and convenient, the automation degree is high, and the nondestructive, precise and efficient on-machine measurement of the wall thickness of the large wall plate (4) is realized effectively.
