Abstract:
A laryngoscope handle of a laryngoscope for use in viewing the vocal cords of a patient in performance of an endotracheal intubation, the laryngoscope including a laryngoscope blade connectable to the handle to lift the patient's tongue and mandible for viewing the vocal cords and aid in the insertion of an endotracheal tube. The laryngoscope handle includes a first end; a second end; an inner surface which faces towards a patient during use; and an outer surface, wherein the inner surface of the handle having a plurality of spaced finger grip indents along at least part of the length of the handle between the first and second ends.
