Abstract:
A laser additive processing apparatus having ultrasonic vibration-assisted powder levelling, said apparatus comprising a laser generator (1), a beam expander (2) being used to expand an incident laser into parallel laser beams (3), the parallel laser beams (3) passing via a reflector (18) and being focused onto a powder (12) by a lens (17), the reflector (18) and the lens (17) being fixed on an XY movable platform (19) for moving within the horizontal plane so as to deflect the parallel laser beams (3) to melt the powder (12) at different positions, a powder tank (10) being fixed on an ultrasonic vibration platform (9) for performing ultrasonic vibration, a base body (13) being fixed on a lifting platform (11) for moving up and down along the vertical direction, the lifting platform (11) being fixed on the bottom of the powder tank (10). The powder (12) is conveyed into the powder tank (10) from a powder bin (5) by an electric pump (4) and a soft tube (8). Also disclosed is processing method for the laser additive processing apparatus having ultrasonic vibration-assisted powder levelling.
