Abstract:
A laser array for 3D imaging, a patterning design method for the laser array for 3D imaging, a laser projection apparatus, and a 3D imaging device (101), the laser array for 3D imaging comprising: a plurality of VCSEL light sources (202) arranged in a 2D array form on a semiconductor substrate (201); the arrangement of the 2D array is produced by means of the rotation and replication of the form of at least one sub-array, sub-regions containing any other quadrant of the arrangement of the 2D array acquired by simply rotating and replicating the form of the sub-array having no correlation in any direction, and the 2D array corresponding to the distribution of the VCSEL light sources (202), such that the VCSEL light sources (202) distributed on the surface of the semiconductor substrate (201) are highly uncorrelated, thus solving the problem in the prior art of the low uncorrelation of VCSEL light sources (202) used for 3D imaging; the laser array is mainly used in depth cameras.
