Abstract:
According to the present invention, a bandpass filter (3a-3c) is configured to allow passing therethrough of a light beam in a prescribed band including a wavelength band of the color of a laser beam to be detected, from among light beams coming from a photographic subject. An imaging unit of a video camera (2a-2c) images the light beam passing through the bandpass filter (3a-3c). A control unit (4a-4c) analyzes the incidence, for each luminance level, of a video signal generated on the basis of an imaging signal outputted from the imaging unit and detects a peak where the luminance number juts out at a specific luminance level. The control unit (4a-4c) detects a linear trace of a light beam within a frame of the video signal. When a peak is present at a specific luminance level and a trace of a light beam is present within the frame, the control unit (4a-4c) detects that a laser beam has been irradiated.
