Abstract:
Provided is a laser beam machine whereby durability against laser beam irradiation can be improved. A workpiece transfer device, which carries a workpiece to the inside/outside of a workpiece machining chamber has a turntable device, and a partitioning wall (310). The partitioning wall (310) is fixed to the upper surface of the turntable device, and partitions the upper surface of the turntable device into a plurality of workpiece placing tables capable of mounting the workpiece thereon. The partitioning wall (310) has: a first plate (311) formed of an aluminum alloy, said first plate constituting one surface of the partitioning wall (310); a second plate (312) formed of an aluminum alloy, said second plate constituting the other surface of the partitioning wall (310); and a frame (313) that fixes the first plate (311) and the second plate (312) by having a space therebetween.
