Abstract:
A laser cladding device having a duty ratio adjustable within a large range, comprising a parabolic focusing mirror, a first conical mirror, a second conical mirror, and a powder spraying device. The parabolic focusing mirror and the second conical mirror are both annular; the reflecting surfaces of the first conical mirror and the second conical mirror are opposite to the reflecting surface of the parabolic focusing mirror, so that light beams incident from the central axis of the parabolic focusing mirror to the first conical mirror and the second conical mirror are reflected circumferentially by the reflecting surfaces of the first conical mirror and the second conical mirror and are incident on the reflecting surface of the parabolic focusing mirror, and are further reflected and focused by the reflecting surface of the parabolic focusing mirror. The position of the second conical mirror is fixed, the first conical mirror can move along the central axis of the parabolic focusing mirror, and the powder spraying device is arranged below the second conical mirror. According to the laser cladding device having a duty ratio adjustable within a large range provided by the present invention, the duty ratio can be changed on the premise that the outer diameter of annular light beams is not changed, and the adjustment range of the duty ratio is large.
