The present invention relates to a laser cladding forming process with double laser heads, which belongs to the technical field of laser cladding. The process comprises the following steps: setting relative positions of a laser head I and a laser head II in a circumferential direction at angles between 0-180 degrees; forming a spiral coating I on a substrate by means of the laser head I, such that a section length of a portion where threads I of the coating I makes contact with the substrate is φ1; forming threads II between two adjacent threads I by means of the laser head II, the threads II forming a spiral coating II; and forming a final cladding layer by means of the coating I and the coating II. When the overlap ratio of coating I is 0%, the production efficiency is improved significantly. The laser head II is specially used for covering troughs between the adjacent threads I of the coating I, which can reduce the surface roughness of a final coating and increase the effective thickness; in addition, under the simultaneous action of two laser beams, the latter laser beam can function to slow cooling down, so as to prevent the coating from cracking.
