The present invention is provided with: a plurality of laser light sources (1) that respectively output laser light having different wavelengths; drive circuits (2) that drive the laser light sources (1); a light collecting lens (3) that collects the laser light outputted from the laser light sources (1); a light separating element (4), which reflects a part of the laser light collected by the light collecting lens (3), and passes the rest of the laser light; a light guide unit (5) that guides, to the outside, the laser light passed through the light separating element (4); a light diffusion element (6) that diffuses the laser light reflected by the light separating element (4); a light detector (7), which is disposed facing the output surface of the light diffusion element (6), and which measures the intensity of inputted laser light; an arithmetic unit (8) that calculates the output intensities of the laser light sources (1) on the basis of measurement results obtained from the light detector (7), and the light reception sensitivities by each color; and a control circuit (9) that controls the drive circuits (2) on the basis of the calculation results obtained from the arithmetic unit (8).
