Abstract:
A laser device 10 is provided with a laser oscillator 20 which emits laser light, and an optical unit 16 which receives the laser light and outputs the laser light externally. The optical unit 16 comprises: a partial transmission mirror MD which reflects some of the laser light externally and transmits the rest; a diffuser plate DP which diffuses the laser light that has passed through the partial transmission mirror MD at a predetermined diffusion angle, and deflects the diffused laser light in a predetermined direction; and a photodiode PD which receives the laser light deflected by the diffuser plate DP, and outputs an electric signal. The laser device 10 is configured to monitor an optical axis error of the laser light on the basis of the output signal from the photodiode PD.
