Abstract:
A laser device provided with a laser resonator which emits a laser beam, a collection lens (21) which collects the laser beam emitted from the laser resonator, and an optical fiber (7) which transmits the laser beam collected by the collection lens (21), characterized by being provided with: at least one light sensor (5) which is disposed on a laser beam incident side with respect to the collection lens (21) and outside an optical path of the laser beam, and which detects an amount of return light from the collection lens (21); and a control unit (anomaly determination unit) which determines that there is an anomalous state if a detection value from any of the at least one light sensor (5) is greater than a predetermined maximum threshold value.
