Title:
LASER DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/240788
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A laser device (1) is provided with element circuits (211 to 21N), fore optics (30), and reflective optics (40). The fore optics (30) collimate a plurality of phase modulated optical signals inputted from the element circuits (211 to 21N) to form a plurality of light beams, and also partially reflect the plurality of phase modulated optical signals to generate a plurality of partially reflected optical signals. The reflective optics (40) cause local oscillator emission that has been inputted to be reflected in the direction of the fore optics (30) to thereby cause the local oscillator emission to be multiplexed with the plurality of partially reflected optical signals. The element circuits (211 to 21N) can convert a plurality of interference optical signals, generated by the multiplexing of the plurality of partially reflected optical signals with the local oscillator emission, respectively into a plurality of electric signals, and detect a phase error between the plurality of electric signals and a reference signal.
