Abstract:
A laser diode according to an embodiment may comprise: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting structures disposed on the substrate, each of the light emitting structures including a first reflective layer and a second reflective layer; a first electrode electrically connected to the first reflective layers of the light emitting structures; a second electrode electrically connected to the second reflective layers of the light emitting structures; a first insulating layer disposed on the first electrode; a first bonding pad electrically connected to the first electrode and disposed on the substrate; and a second bonding pad electrically connected to the second electrode and disposed on the substrate.
