Abstract:
A laser distance measurement method whereby a laser light (L) scans and irradiates in the horizontal and vertical directions of a monitoring range (S), reflected light (R) from the laser light (L) is received and received light information (d6) is obtained, and distance information (d7) for a target object (M) within the monitoring range (S) is obtained from the received light information (d6). If a plurality of reflected light (R1-Rn) is received from the same laser light (L) and if the number of pieces of reflected light (R1-Rn) is less than a reference value (N), the reflected light (R) received last is considered to be the reflected light (R) from the target object (M), and the distance information (d7) is calculated. If the number of pieces of reflected light (R1-Rn) is at least the reference value (N), the reflected light (R) received the Nth time is considered to be the reflected light (R) from the target object (M), and the distance information (d7) is calculated.
