Abstract:
A laser level tester not requiring physical adjustment, comprising a core assembly (10) and a cover assembly (20). The core assembly (10) comprises a core frame (11), and the core frame (11) is fixed with connecting studs (12). The cover assembly (20) comprises a cover body (21), rigid standoffs (22) are sealed and fixed within the cover body (21), and the rigid standoffs (22) and the connecting studs (12) are connected through screws. A mounting base of a light-emitting mechanism (30) is further fixed on the core frame (11), the mounting base of the light-emitting mechanism (30) is provided with a mounting bump (31), and the light-emitting mechanism (40) comprises an annular protrusion mounting part (44). The cover body (21) is provided with a rotation mechanism or a refraction mechanism (60). The two large modules are rigidly connected and also provided with a basis for cooperating with the subsequent processing, so that the accuracy of the whole machine can be effectively improved. Also disclosed is an assembling and processing method for a laser level tester not requiring physical adjustment. Processing the mounting surface after assembling a semi-finished product, thereby significantly reducing the error in each part of the whole machine, and the finished product can be directly used not requiring adjustment, and the accuracy of the laser collimated surface is high.
