Abstract:
A laser light source module (110) is configured such that a light source unit (101) disposed on a base (112) with a temperature adjusting element (5) therebetween is covered with an inner cover (12), and is hermetically sealed by means of an outer cover (111). A top plate (13) of the inner cover (12) is provided such that the top plate partitions the inside of the outer cover (111) into upper and lower sections, and covers an upper portion of the light source unit (101), and a side plate (15) covers side portions of the light source unit (101). Furthermore, a partitioning grid plate (14) is provided in a space between the top plate (13) and the outer cover (111), and partitions the space into a plurality of spaces.
