Abstract:
A feeding fiber cable (12) collectively extracts laser light generated by each of a plurality of fiber laser engines (10). A machining head (20) focuses and emits the laser light toward a material to be machined. A process fiber cable (16) transmits the laser light extracted by the feeding fiber cable (12) to the machining head (20). The feeding fiber cable (12) and the process fiber cable (16) have the same core diameter of 50 μm. Each of the plurality of fiber laser engines (10) have a filter (6) for reducing the value of Raman scattered light in the laser light.
