Abstract:
A laser marking and bleaching device, and processing method thereof. The device comprises: a laser (1); a beam expanding device (2) disposed after the laser; a galvonometer (3) disposed after the beam expanding device (2); a lens (4) disposed after the galvonometer; a movable platform (5) used to place a workpiece (100); a power detection device (7) detecting the power of an emitted light, and feeding back measurement data to an industrial controller (8); and the industrial controller controlling marking and bleaching. By means of power data feedback, the laser marking and bleaching device, and processing method thereof of the present invention realize real-time detection of a marking and bleaching result during a marking process, and analyze a difference between the marking and bleaching result and a target result and a trend thereof, so as to adjust the laser, galvonometer, and movable platform, thus significantly improving efficiency for marking and bleaching.
