Abstract:
Disclosed is a laser marking machine comprising a rack (2) and a support table (3) provided on the rack and capable of moving up and down along the rack, wherein the support table is provided with a laser marking assembly (4), and further comprising a controller (8) and a first drive assembly (6) provided on the rack and used for driving the support table to move up and down along the rack, and further comprising a range-finding assembly (5) provided on the laser marking assembly. The range-finding assembly comprises a laser pointer and a laser sensor, wherein the laser pointer is used for emitting laser onto the surface of an object for marking (10), the laser sensor is used for receiving laser reflected back from the surface of the object for marking and sending a signal to the controller, the controller calculates the vertical distance from the surface of the object for marking to the range-finding assembly according to the signal, and the first drive assembly, according to the signal, drives the support table to drive the laser marking assembly to move until a distance between a scanning head (41) and the surface of the object for marking reaches a pre-set distance. Further disclosed are a method for adjusting the distance between a scanning head of a laser marking machine and an object for marking, and a method for automatically aligning a laser marking machine. The above laser marking machine can ensure accurate marking, and increase marking speed.
