Abstract:
A laser marking method uses a laser source (1) and a scan mirror (3), comprising: opening the laser source (1) for outputting a laser in constant power; and based on all pixel points of a pre-entered pattern and a scan order, illuminating a physical carrier with the laser point by point according to X and Y coordinates, wherein illumination time Ti of a coordinate point of each position is calculated based on a gray scale value of a corresponding pixel point: the deeper a gray scale is, the longer the illumination time Ti is, and the lighter the gray scale is, the shorter the illumination time Ti is. This makes a scan speed changes with different image gray scales. The scan speed is slow in a place with a deep gray scale, and the scan speed is fast in a place with a light gray level. The laser marking method does not require an expensive laser source, and production efficiency is high.
