Abstract:
Disclosed are a laser material increase and decrease composite manufacturing method and device. The specific method comprises: establishing a geometric model of an entity part, planning a scanning path of a laser for quick laser forming in a selected area, and planning a scanning path of a laser for laser material decrease manufacturing; creating a vacuum in a forming cavity and filling same with protection gas; using a powder spreading system and laying a layer of powder in a forming area; scanning the laid material to be formed by using the laser for quick laser forming in the selected area to perform structure forming; scanning the contour edge of the formed structure by using a pulse laser for laser material decrease manufacturing along the planned path to remove coarse parts on the surface; and repeating the operation of powder spreading, quick laser forming in the selected area and laser material decrease manufacturing until a final three-dimensional entity part is obtained. By using the device and the method for manufacturing increased and decreased materials, the forming precision is improved; in addition, the laser is used for both increasing and decreasing the materials, so that better compatibility is achieved, and control is easier.
