Abstract:
A laser power measurement system, a welding system, and a testing method for a laser-welded workpiece. A laser emitted by a laser device is conducted to a galvanometric head (11) and a power measurement apparatus (12) by means of a light guide part (10), such that the galvanometric head (11) outputs a laser for a laser welding operation on a welded object, and the power measurement apparatus (12) can also detect, by means of a photoelectric conversion assembly (120), an electrical signal corresponding to the laser emitted by the laser device, and can determine, on the basis of the electrical signal and a preset conversion relationship and by means of a calculation assembly (121), a laser power corresponding to the laser emitted by the laser device. Thus, by means of arranging a power measurement apparatus (12) on a light path conduction channel between a laser device and a galvanometric head (11), a laser power of the laser device can be measured in real time during an operation process of a laser welding machine, without needing to detach a QBH connector and the galvanometric head (11). Therefore, the measurement method for the laser power of the laser device is relatively simple and has a relatively high efficiency.
