Abstract:

This laser processing head has: a parallel plate (17) that shifts, to a second optical axis, the optical axis of laser light having a first optical axis, said laser light being outputted downward from above a body case (6); a parallel plate (19) that shifts, to a third optical axis, the optical axis of the laser light having the second optical axis; and the body case (6) that houses holders (7, 18) that hold the parallel plates (17, 19), respectively. Furthermore, the laser processing head has a rotating mechanism that rotates the holders (7, 18) about a first rotation axis. An opening (7a) that passes laser light reflected by the incident surface of the second parallel plate (19) is provided in the holder (7), and a light receiving section (6a) that receives the laser light passed through the opening (7a) is provided to the body case (6).
