Abstract:
A laser (10) and a projection light source (1). The laser (10) comprises a base (1011), a plurality of sub-packaging parts (10126), a plurality of groups of laser chips (103), and a plurality of sub-collimating lens groups (1052). The plurality of sub-packaging parts (10126) and the plurality of groups of laser chips (103) are disposed on the base (1011). Different groups of laser chips in the plurality of groups of laser chips (103) emit laser of different colors. At least one group of laser chips (103) is correspondingly arranged in each sub-packaging part (10126). Each group of laser chips in the plurality of groups of laser chips (103) comprises a plurality of laser chips (103). The plurality of laser chips (103) are arranged in a row in a first direction. The plurality of sub-collimating lens groups (1052) have one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of groups of laser chips (103). Each sub-collimating lens group (1052) is located on the side of a corresponding group of laser chips (103) away from the base (1011). Each sub-collimating lens group (1052) comprises a plurality of collimating lenses (1051). The plurality of collimating lenses (1051) have one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of laser chips (103). Each collimating lens (1051) is located on a transmission path of the laser emitted by a corresponding laser chip (103).
