Title:
LASER RADAR DEVICE, SAFE LANDING SENSOR FOR PLANETFALL, DOCKING SENSOR FOR SPACE APPARATUS, SPACE DEBRIS COLLECTION SENSOR, AND VEHICLE-MOUNTED COLLISION AVOIDANCE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/072956
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A laser radar device comprises: a pulse laser (2) which outputs a transmission light to a target; a transmitting optical assembly (3) which gives the transmission light a prescribed beam spread angle; a received light element array (7) which receives diffused light from the target and converts the received diffused light to an electrical signal; an electrical circuit array (8) which detects the reception intensity and the reception time from the electrical signal; a distance/three-dimensional shape output unit (91) which, on the basis of the reception time, measures either the distance to the target or the three-dimensional shape of the target; a determination unit (92) which, on the basis of the reception intensity and the reception time, determines whether to change the beam spread angle; and a control unit (10) which, on the basis of the determination result, changes the beam spread angle.
