Title:
LASER RADAR DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/061106
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In a conventional laser radar device, a light collection distance at which laser light is collected at a position to be measured is adjusted by adjusting the position at which a lens is disposed inside an optical antenna. In the present invention, by controlling the wavelength of transmission light emitted from an optical antenna on the basis of a set measurement distance, the wavelength of oscillation light output from a laser light source is changed in accordance with the measurement distance, transmission light emitted from the optical antenna can be collected at a desired position, and the wind speed at a desired measurement position can be measured. Due to this configuration, there is no need to provide a mechanical driving mechanism for a lens in an optical antenna device, and therefore the weight and dimensions of the optical antenna device are not increased.
