Abstract:
Disclosed are a laser radar and a smart sensing device. The laser radar comprises: a machine body (2) and a protection cover (3); the machine body (2) is located inside the protection cover (3), and the machine body and the protection cover (3) rotate relatively; and one side of the machine body (2) is provided with a laser emission unit (200) and a laser receiving unit (220) adjacent thereto, a light isolation plate (210) is arranged between the laser emission unit (200) and the laser receiving unit (220), one end of the light isolation plate (210) is arranged on the machine body (2), the other end extends in the direction of the protection cover (3) and shifts towards the laser emission unit (200) or the laser receiving unit (220) side, and the light isolation plate and the protection cover (3) rotate relatively. The laser radar achieves sheltering and shielding against laser signals with interference, the problem of crosstalk between signals due to scattering of the laser signals and reflection of the protective cover is efficiently solved, and the detection precision of the laser radar is improved.
