Abstract:
This laser system is provided with: (A) a laser device that outputs pulsed laser light; (B) an optical pulse stretcher including a delay optical path for stretching the pulse width of the pulsed laser light; and (C) a phase optical element, which is included in the delay optical path, and which includes a function of shifting spatially at random the phase of the pulsed laser light. The phase optical element includes a plurality of kinds of cells, which respectively have different phase shift quantities for shifting the phase of the pulsed laser light, and which are irregularly arrayed in any direction.
