Abstract:
Disclosed is a laser-TIG hybrid welding head, wherein same is a hybrid welding head integrating a laser welding head with a TIG welding head. After the laser welding head is integrated with the TIG welding head, a laser (5) is transferred through the interior of a tungsten electrode (3) of the TIG or around the tungsten electrode, and a focal point (7) of the laser is located below or in front of the tungsten electrode. The laser-TIG hybrid welding head can achieve coaxial welding, reduces the amount of space occupied, is more flexible in use, and solves the problem of inconsistent included angles of two welding heads during welding at a corner, thereby improving the quality of welding.
