Abstract:
A laser transmitter, a laser radar apparatus and a terminal device. The laser transmitter comprises a substrate (1), a circuit board (2) and at least one first laser chip (3), wherein the circuit board (2) and the first laser chip (3) are arranged on the substrate (1) at an interval in a direction parallel to the substrate (1); and the thermal conductivity of the substrate (1) is greater than the thermal conductivity of the circuit board (2). By means of the above arrangement, the optical pulse peak power of a transmitting end of a radar can be improved, and thus the distance measurement range of a laser radar can be effectively improved.
