Abstract:
A laser welding device (1) comprises a support (7) for supporting a base material, a radiating unit (2) for radiating a laser beam onto the base material, and a drive mechanism (50) for causing the radiating unit (2) and the base material to move relative to one another to cause the laser beam to scan, wherein the drive mechanism (50) causes the laser beam to move relative to the base material while an optical axis of the laser beam L remains in backward inclined attitude relative to the scanning direction.
