Abstract:
A plurality of measured values that have been measured are compared to one another, and an optical axis displacement direction in which the optical axis of measuring light S is displaced relative to that of laser light L is determined. Then an irradiation position of the measuring light S is moved in such a way that the optical axis of the measuring light S becomes substantially coaxial with the optical axis of the laser light L, by rotating a first parallel flat plate 26 and a second parallel flat plate 27.
