Abstract:

Laser welding is performed while irradiation positions of laser light L and measuring light S are moved in a forward direction, a right direction, a rearward direction, and a left direction, and a weld penetration depth of a welded portion 35 is measured in each direction. A direction in which a measured value that is smaller than a reference value has been measured is determined to be an optical axis displacement direction, and when laser welding is to be carried out toward the optical axis displacement direction, a correction value is added to measured values measured during the laser welding.
