Abstract:
The present application relates to a latch circuit and a digital-to-analog converter comprising same. The latch circuit receives a data signal and a clock signal. The circuit comprises an output portion, which generates an output signal, and a first portion and a second portion which are connected in series, wherein the first portion is coupled to a high level, and comprises a first switch device and a second switch device which are connected in series, the first switch device is controlled by a first level of the data signal to be switched on, and the second switch device is controlled by a second level of the clock signal to be switched on; the second portion is coupled to a low level, and comprises a third switch device and a fourth switch device which are connected in series, the third switch device is controlled by the second level of the clock signal to be switched on, and the fourth switch device is controlled by an opposite level of the first level of the data signal to be switched on; and the output portion is coupled between the first portion and the second portion, so as to generate an output signal.
