Abstract:
A latching type buckle having a button member (10) mounted to the surface of an article (1) to which the button member (10) is to be mounted, and also having a buckle member (20) mounted to a belt (2) and removably engaged with the button member (10). The button member (10) has a plate-like base section (11) fixed to the surface of the article (1), and also has a button body (12) upstanding from the base section (11). The buckle member (20) has a frame section (21), a belt connection section (29) formed on the frame section (21) and with which the belt (2) is engageable, and a clip section (22) formed on the inner side of the frame section (21) and engageable with the button body (12).
