Abstract:
Disclosed is a laterally bendable grinding knife for medical use, comprising a knife tube component and a grinding head (1) installed on the front end of the knife tube component, wherein the grinding head (1) is arranged in such a way that it can be driven to tilt and revolve on its axis, and an inner knife tube (3) has the front end thereof hinged to the grinding head (1) through the hinge joint pieces to form a hinged structure and cooperatively drives through the hinged structure together with the grinding head (1); and through the intersection of the axis of the hinged structure, the tilt axis of the grinding head (1), and the rotation axis of the grinding head (1) with the rotation axis of the hinge joint pieces at a point, it is guaranteed that the grinding head (1) revolves on its axis and grinds, and at the same time, can be driven to tilt along the tilt axis. The structure of the knife is simple, thereby ensuring that the knife has a relatively small radial size; the grinding head (1) is driven to tilt; when it revolves on its axis, the movement is steady and smooth; and the transmission efficiency is high, and the strength of the transmission structure driving the rotation of the grinding head (1) is strong, thereby increasing the grinding efficiency and shortening the operation time, and is suitable for grinding works of relatively high intensity, thus effectively improving surgical safety.
