Abstract:

The invention relates to a vehicle glazing unit comprising a pane (2) as well as means for allowing the mobility of said pane (2) by lateral sliding with respect to an opening of said vehicle, said pane (2) providing a vertical separation between an inside space (I) and an outside space (E), being curved and laminated, and comprising an internal overhang (9), said glazing unit (1) also comprising a reinforcing part (10) having, in cross-section, a general U-shape enclosing said overhang (9) and having an internal flange (12), an external flange (13) and a base (14) connecting them.
