Abstract:

First cutting is performed for a work (W) by means of a tool (41) and then second cutting is performed for the work (W) while the tool (41) is moved in the X axis direction. Following first and second cutting operations, the deviation (dy) between the core height of the tool (41) and the center line of the work (W) is operated based on the actually measured first diameter value (r1) and second diameter value (r2), and the moving distance of the tool (41) between both cutting operations. Machining for the work (W) is resumed after the deviation is corrected.
