Abstract:
A lathe tool holder for machining internal and external threads, relating to the technical field of lathe tool holders, and comprising: a tool fixing holder (1), an adjusting shaft sleeve (4), a vertical distance adjusting assembly (5), an adjusting base (6), a supporting module (7), and a fixed spindle (8). The fixed spindle (8) is fixed to the left side of the adjusting base (6), and the adjusting shaft sleeve (4) is fixed to the right side of the supporting module (7); one end of the tool fixing holder (1) is fixed to a tool by means of fixing bolts (2), the other end of the tool fixing holder penetrates through the adjusting shaft sleeve (4), and the tool fixing holder (1) is fixed by means of adjusting bolts (3) provided on the side; the supporting module (7) and the adjusting base (6) are matchingly mounted in a sliding mode, and an internal adjusting structure of the vertical distance adjusting assembly (5) is matchingly disposed inside the adjusting base (6) and is in matching linkage with the supporting module (7) by means of an internal structure thereof. The adjusting bolts (3) can adjust the lateral distance of the tool fixing holder (1) in the adjusting shaft sleeve (4), the vertical distance adjusting assembly (5) is used for adjusting the displacement of the supporting module (7) in a vertical direction, the complementation of the adjusting bolts and the vertical distance adjusting assembly improves the overall range of movement of the tool holder, and the machining requirements of large-size workpieces are satisfied.
