Abstract:
The invention relates to a lathe (1) comprising a rotatably driven tool spindle (11) with a guided C-axis, a base (2), a Z-carriage (3) that can be displaced in the direction of the rotational axis (10) and an X-carriage (4) that can be displaced along the Z-carriage (3). The invention is characterised in that a tool support (5), which can pivot about the B-axis, is located on the X-carriage (4) and a driven tool spindle (6) is situated on the tool support and can move along said support in the Y-direction.
