Abstract:
Provided is a laundry handling apparatus which enables automatic prewashing and soaking by creating a current in washing water during prewashing and is capable of main washing using a drawer-type washer after the completion of the prewashing. To this end, the laundry handling apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a cabinet; a sink bowl which is installed at the upper side of the cabinet and has an accommodating space, for accommodating laundry and washing water, formed so as to have an open upper side; a water tap which is installed in the sink bowl and supplies the washing water to the accommodating space; a water current generator which is installed on at least one side of the accommodating space in the sink bowl and creates a current in the washing water accommodated in the accommodating space; and a drawer-type washer which is disposed below the sink bowl, enters and exits the cabinet forwards and backwards, and washes, rinses, and spins the laundry.
