Abstract:
Disclosed are a laundry machine and a method for controlling same. The laundry machine comprises a water supply end; a detergent box (1）having a water inlet end and a water outlet end; and a first water inlet branch, wherein the first water inlet branch comprises a heating module (2) connecting the water supply end and the water inlet end of the detergent box (1) and configured to heat the water entering the detergent box (1). The laundry machine further comprises a second water inlet branch which is arranged in parallel with the first water inlet branch, for connecting the water supply end and the water inlet end of the detergent box.
