Abstract:
A laundry treatment apparatus and a control method. The laundry treatment apparatus comprises: an outer tub (2); a housing (1), the outer tub being provided in an internal space of the housing; and a heat pump module (4), comprising a two device assembly, the two device assembly comprising an evaporator (441) and a condenser (442). The evaporator (441) and the condenser (442) are arranged in a space on the upper left or upper right of the outer tub in the housing. The evaporator (441) and the condenser (442) have a windward heat exchange surface facing a heat exchange airflow, and the shape of the windward heat exchange surface of the evaporator and/or the condenser is adapted to a space between the housing and the outer tub. The shape of the windward heat exchange surface of the evaporator and/or the condenser is adapted to the space between the housing and the outer tub, that is to say, the overall structure of the evaporator and/or the condenser is adaptively designed in shape according to an installation space and is no longer a regular rectangle.
