Abstract:
This laundry machine comprises: an outer tank (1) that is elastically supported within a housing (2); a laundry tank (4) that is rotatably provided within the outer tank (1); and a motor (10) that rotationally drives the laundry tank (4). The laundry machine also comprises: a centrifugal separation part (21) that separates foreign matter included in laundry water within the outer tank (1); a pump (20) that circulates the laundry water between the outer tank (1) and the centrifugal separation part (21); and a water conveyance path (19) that connects the outer tank (1), the pump (20), and the centrifugal separation part (21). The centrifugal separation part (21) comprises a hollow cylinder (21a), and a laundry water inlet (21c) and a laundry water outlet (21d) that are respectively positioned in the centers of both end surfaces of the hollow cylinder (21a), each in one end surface, and have smaller aperture diameters than the diameter of the hollow cylinder (21a). Furthermore, the laundry machine is structured such that the laundry water flows into the hollow cylinder (21a) from the laundry water inlet (21c) while swirling around a center axis of the hollow cylinder (21a).
