Abstract:
A laver piece automatic jointing device, comprising a machine frame (1), a spray component (2), a positioning sensing component (3), a hot-pressing joining component (4), an electric control cabinet component (5), a servo sensing component (6), a reel (7), and a guide backup roller component (8). The machine frame is a three-dimensional spatial structural member formed by welding a shaped steel. The spray component (2), the positioning sensing component (3), and the hot-pressing joining component (4) are disposed on the machine frame (1). The servo sensing component (6) is disposed on the electric control cabinet component (5) or the machine frame (1). The reel (7) is rotatably mounted on the machine frame (1) by means of a middle axis of the reel (7). The guide backup roller component (8) is mounted on the machine frame (1). On the basis of a laver piece automatic jointing device, the solution relates to manufacturing single laver pieces into strip-shaped laver pieces connected head-to-tail, and then using two laver piece automatic jointing devices as a laver piece supply source of a sandwiched nori baking unit to form new products of a novel sandwiched nori baking unit, and has the technical characteristics of high production efficiency, less labor, stable and reliable operations, and high quality finished products.
