Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a law enforcement recorder based on two-dimensional code scanning and identifying, and a whole-process audio and video recording method. The law enforcement recorder comprises: a photographing device; and further comprises: a two-dimensional code identifying unit, for identifying character string information contained in a two-dimensional code image; a two-dimensional code mark displaying unit, for displaying, after the two-dimensional code scanning and identifying is successful, a successfully identified mark on a display screen or prompting a successful mark by means of a voice during video preview and recording of the display screen of the photographing device; and a recording audio and video file processing unit, for uniquely associating the character string information with a recording audio and video file. During video preview and recording of the display screen of the photographing device, a successfully identified mark is displayed on the display screen or a successful mark is prompted by a voice; after the audio and video file is remade or leaked, by means of the unique identification information, the law enforcement recorder or operator from which the audio and video file is leaked can be traced, and as such there are widespread practical needs in the application industry using law enforcement recording.
