Abstract:
The invention disclosed a lawn carpet for soilless growing, and its preparing process and device. The process included steps as follows: cording and shaping crushed vegetable fibhes and/or synthetic fibres and/or zoic fibres to form a sequeirlce mat; thinning the mat by pressing;cutting the thin mat lenthways; putting a adhesive on the topsurface of the thin mat prorperly; plarnting lawn seeds on the topsurface which had the adhesive to form a lawn carpet for soilless growing; covering the topsurface of the carpet with a thin film and combining the film and the carpet by pressing; rolling the covered carpet into carpet wrap to storage and transport convenient. The process is convenient for mass prodution. It is good for improving work cicumstance.
